To register fill in a registration form (download form here). Then contact the office at Terrace Pentecostal Assembly to ensure you can reserve the spot you want and determine if there are any additional costs (list of accommodations and costs found here). Scan and email form to: office@tpalife.org

The office will be able to confirm availability and book your preferred accommodations for you. You will still have to send payment to complete your registration. You can e-transfer payment to:

When printing registration form make sure the orientation is set to landscape print size is actual size (not fit to page) and for 2 sided printing select flip on short edge to have everything align properly.
